4th Annual Pangaea Project Benefit

We're back to create musical magic and raise money for the Pangaea Project and we are stoked! This year’s two-night all-star event features special guest performers Steve Berlin of Los Lobos, The String Cheese Incident’s Michael Kang and Keith Moseley, drummers extraordinaire Jeff Sipe of Aquarium Rescue Unit and Stanton Moore of Galactic, members of the March Fourth Marching Band - the M4 Singers, Asher Fulero, Strings For Industry bandmates Darol Anger, Scott Law, Tony Furtado and Tye North, and many others. The Stanton Moore Trio will open the show on Friday, May 16th and Keith Moseley and friends will start off the show on the 17th. Peak Experience’s Johnny Dwork will provide a special spoken word segment on both nights. Additional guests to be announced in the coming weeks.

10,000 Lakes Music Festival

We're heading back to 10klf for the fourth year in a row with another stellar cast of in-the-moment, turn-on-a-dime musicians. Following the success and fun of last year's Rex Foundation jam as part of the set, EO will once again be collecting contributions from the audience to help support the musical instruments program at a local school. Last year, during the 20 minute Rex jam, more than $1600 was collected by school board members and students in the audience. Now the kids can rock as hard as EO does!

Wakarusa Music and Camping Festival

Last year at Wakarusa we were asked at the last minute to put together an additional EO show, it was such a blast that we have been invited to perform 2 shows at this years event. 2 unique EO line ups will be announced in the coming weeks.

Everyone shares the gift of music in Roatan

As part of the Leave a Positive Legacy program of the greening team onboard Jam Cruise 6 Matt Butler and a crew of musicians serenaded the children at an orphanage on Roatan, Honduras. The players, including Jon Fishman, Jeff Coffin, Jans Ingber and Dominic Lalli from The Motet, Tanya Shylock, Dan Lebowitz (ALO) and Bo, Jeff and Sean from New Monsoon all agreed it was an incredibly moving experience and the house mother at the orphanage said it was the best day the children had had in a very long time. Kudos to the Jam Cruise passengers who donated pallets full of well needed and appreciated school supplies for the island children and to Conscious Alliance who organized a donation of 1000 pounds of soap from Pangea Organics.

During the last performance onboard, Scooter and Todd Ketchum were the lucky winners of the guest conductor raffle which raised close to $1000 to purchase carbon offsets on Jam Cruise. Go team green.
